The information collected will be used by the University for admission-related, academic and statistical purposes. HKU will treat the personal data provided by the user as strictly confidential and will not disclose any personal information provided by the user to any external body or organization unless the user has been informed or it is required to do so by law. Please note the general points pursuant to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance as set out in the Personal Information Collection Statement and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Membership renewal
Upon joining as an HKU Tracker, your membership will be valid until the end of August each year. If there is no attendance record in that academic year, your HKU Tracker & Portal accounts will be automatically closed, and any accumulated points and benefits will be forfeited. To participate in upcoming events, it is recommended that you register a new account.
The terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice. In case of dispute, the decision of the Admissions Office, The Registry, The University of Hong Kong is final.
