You are strongly advised to attend the pre-departure orientation for the individual program in which you are participating. If you are outside of Hong Kong or if you are unable to attend the orientation for any reason, please contact your program coordinator to ensure that you receive the information and materials covered during the orientation. Gathering Location for Transportation:

For those departing from Hong Kong (recommended flight):

• Meeting at Aisle B in the check-in hall of Hong Kong International Airport on July 27, 2024, at 20:30.

For those arriving in London (recommended flights and other flights):

• Meeting at Heathrow Terminal 3 on July 28, 2024, at 10:00 AM.

• Airport transfer services will be provided from Heathrow Airport to the accommodation if you take our recommended flight and arrive at the gathering point by 10:00 AM.

• If you prefer not to use the airport transfer services, please arrive at the accommodation before July 28, 2024, at 15:00.

Passport / Visa

It is essential to check that your passport remains valid throughout the entire duration of your program, as well as for at least six months beyond your scheduled travel dates. Please also be reminded that a visa may be required for travel to your program country, depending on your citizenship and length of stay. Please make sure that you check accordingly and further information can be found here. 

 

Travel Insurance

It is recommended that you have travel insurance covered for the length of the entire trip.
